How to use Number Wheel

Enter an inclusive range of up to 500 consecutive integers, select Generate, then spin. Longer lists use segment numbers with full entries in the panel.

  1. Enter your minimum and maximum whole numbers.
  2. Select Generate to replace the current entries with the inclusive range.
  3. Review the generated numbers, then spin to select one.
  4. Enable Remove winner for draws without replacement, or leave the range intact for repeated rolls.

Give it a try

Roll from 1–6, choose a question from 1–20, or pick a ticket from 1–100.

Example: a die or a numbered question list

A range from 1 to 6 creates six entries and gives every number a 1-in-6 chance. A range from 5 to 8 creates exactly four entries: 5, 6, 7, and 8. For twenty numbered questions, generate 1 to 20 and remove each selected number to avoid asking the same question again. Without removal, a number can legitimately repeat on consecutive spins.

Ranges, gaps, and large lists

The range size is maximum minus minimum plus one, and the generator supports up to 500 entries. If you need only selected numbers—such as 2, 7, and 12—clear the range and use Bulk paste with those three numbers. Do not generate missing values and assume they cannot win. Larger wheels shorten or hide labels to remain readable; the entry panel retains each complete value and the result dialog identifies the selected entry.

Useful to know

Are both endpoints included?

Yes. A range from 1 to 10 includes 1 and 10.

What is the largest range?

You can generate up to 500 numbers in one wheel.

Each entry is equally likely. See how random selection works.
