Student Picker
Choose a student from your class list. Remove selected entries to work through the class without repeating a name.

How to use Student Picker
Paste your class list, enable Remove winner, and spin. Names remain in your browser unless you deliberately share them.
- Replace the sample names with the students participating today.
- Check the Remove winner setting; it starts enabled on this page.
- Explain the activity and how students can pass before the first spin.
- Select a student, continue through the remaining list, and restore your saved class list for a new round.
Give it a try
Choose speaking order, select a volunteer, or assign classroom roles.
A complete turn-taking round
For a six-person group, start with one entry per student and keep winner removal enabled. After the first result, five entries remain; after the second, four remain. Once the round ends, reopen the original saved class list rather than saving the depleted list over it. If two students share a name, add an initial so the displayed winner clearly identifies the intended participant.
Keep class lists under your control
Current entries remain in browser memory. Saving writes a copy on this device and browser; it is not a school-wide account or backup. A share link exposes a copy to anyone with that link, whether its entries are stored on the server or encoded in a portable link. You do not need to share a list to project the wheel in fullscreen. For whole-class grouping rather than one student at a time, use Team Generator.
Useful to know
Where are student names stored?
Current entries and locally saved wheels stay in your browser. A share link makes the entries available to anyone with the link; server links store a copy, while portable links encode it in the URL.
How do I avoid repeats?
Enable Remove winner in Settings or remove each result manually.
Each entry is equally likely. See how random selection works.
